Dan has served as Co-Chair for the State Bar Committee for Lawyers Assistance and is also a member of the Waukesha County Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Addictions. He has been on the Fee Arbitration Committee for the Waukesha County Bar and is a past chairman of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers. Dan is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Waukesha County Bar Association and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin and the State of Alaska, the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court for the State of Wisconsin and Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. Daniel Fay is also a Court Commissioner appointed by the Honorable Kathryn Foster in Waukesha County.
